Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
If you join Albacoins, our points program:
- Your mobile number, which identifies your account.
- Your first and last name and, if you give it to us, your email address.
- The language you want your messages in.
- The purchases linked to your account: ticket number, date and amount; and the points you earn, redeem or lose to expiration.
- The WhatsApp messages you send us and the ones we send you about your account.
If you book by phone or WhatsApp: your name, phone number, date and party size.
We don't ask for sensitive data and we don't store card details. This site uses no tracking cookies or analytics tools.
How we use it
- To run your Albacoins account: add the points from each purchase, apply them when you redeem, and expire them under the program rules.
- To send you WhatsApp messages about your account: sign-up, points earned or redeemed, balance and points about to expire.
- To handle your bookings and answer your questions.
We don't use your data for anything else, we don't sell it and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
How you consent
You join Albacoins when you scan the QR code on your ticket and send us the sign-up message on WhatsApp. By doing so you accept this notice and agree that we may message you on WhatsApp about your account.
Who we share it with
Only with providers that run part of the service and handle the data on our behalf:
- Meta Platforms, through the WhatsApp Business Platform, to send and receive messages.
- Our cloud database provider, where your account is stored. Its servers may be outside Mexico.
- Our point-of-sale system, where the tickets come from.
Beyond that, we would only hand data over when a competent authority requires it by law.
How to leave the program
Send the word BAJA to our WhatsApp +52 624 145 0094. We stop messaging you and your account is deactivated. Any points you haven't redeemed are lost.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, cancel it or object to its use (ARCO rights under Mexican law), and you can withdraw your consent. Send us, on WhatsApp or in writing to our address, your name, the mobile number you signed up with and what you are asking for. We reply within 20 business days.
How to have your data deleted
Send BORRAR on WhatsApp to +52 624 145 0094 from the number you signed up with. We deactivate your account, stop using your data and delete it or make it anonymous. We only keep the purchase records that tax and accounting law requires, and only for as long as it requires. We confirm on WhatsApp once it's done.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we post the new version on this page with its date.
